Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (Family or Internal Medicine)

Full-Time | Virtual | Multi-State Licensure Required

Pay Range: $70/HR to $80/HR


A fast-growing healthcare startup is redefining virtual care — and we’re looking for experienced Telehealth Nurse Practitioners who thrive in high-acuity, tech-enabled environments.

This is not a basic telehealth role. You’ll practice at the top of your license across triage, chat, and video visits while collaborating with specialists and seamlessly coordinating labs, imaging, and referrals within patients’ existing networks.

If you’re confident, clinically sharp, and comfortable managing varying levels of acuity in a fully virtual setting — we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver high-quality virtual care via triage, chat, and video visits
     
  • Manage diverse patient populations with varying levels of acuity
     
  • Collaborate with specialists for rapid consults and coordinated care
     
  • Order labs, imaging, and referrals within established patient networks
     
  • Provide efficient, technology-driven, patient-centered care
     

What We’re Looking For:

  • Clinical background in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
     
  • Minimum 6,240 practice hours (3 years full-time equivalent)
     
  • 5–10 years total clinical experience, including 4+ years in telehealth
     
  • Strong comfort managing triage and complex cases in a virtual setting
     
  • Active state licensure covering at least 40% of the U.S. population — must include California, Texas, Florida, and New York (required)

Contact us and discuss our services after that you will receive a email with instructions to complete an W-9, Service Agreement and Direct Deposit information. Once your completed documents have bee received you will get a notification email from our ATS to begin submitting  candidates for hire.

Once your candidate accepts and signs the offer letter the fees are released within 30 days of the candidate’s start date, As soon we receive payment from the client, we release the payment to you. 


 

Yes, you can post roles to job boards, however, please do not use the hiring company’s name, logo, or branding in your job postings. Rember you are not an internal employee of that company and can not represent them in your external job board postings. 


 

You will receive a status update within 48 hours if not sooner.
If your candidate is accepted, the client will begin the screening and interview process and we will notify you if they are offered the role. 

If your candidate is rejected feel free to submit them to another role that fits their skillset. 


Employers must complete a service agreement. Once signed we then add their jobs to our jobs marketplace for recruiters to begin working. We will notify employers within 48 hours of acceptance. 


We require you to complete a thorough vetting of the candidate and complete our interview question form. When you submit a candidate please submit the interview question form and resume. Make sure to have the candidate sign the consent to represent form. After canddidate submission we will notify you within 48 hours with a status update.
